I'm starting to see a pattern.
Who exactly is waiting? Apple's 3GS iPhone, introduced in is beating every other phone's sales in the United States except for one. Can you guess which is number 1?

I have really been thinking of finally getting an iPhone.. but after hearing all these battery issues I am starting to think otherwise. IDK.. we'll see. At least its not as bad as the Thunderbolts 3-4hr battery!! LOL!! Thats just pathetic.
My iPhone 4 battery at first was TERRIFIC. 4.3 & 4.3.1 ********* things up. Now people ask me why I have a charger with me all the time.
Btw: it's not hardware cause the change in battery life is not minimal, it's ENORMOUS and a new iPhone didn't fixed it. Go figure again. :mad:

Well finally we might actually see decent image editing on the iPad. I can't imagine this being anywhere as great as Photoshop on a real computer anytime soon, but the iPad should be able to run something like Photoshop 7 or CS without any problems thanks to the CPU power and RAM it has. If they just made it touch sensitive somehow, or added stylus or external tablet support somehow, that would be awesome.
I doubt there really is the need for a totally rewritten app here, as it will lack 99% of the good features in Photoshop (Liquify, robust Type tool, Curves, etc...).

Sametime 7.5 just went GOLD+ for the past few weeks. Its interface looks pretty good and the ability to keep the history in a chat for INDIVIDUAL ppl that participated - for a limited time pre set by the user, or indefinately. But its STILL buggy, crashing on end on multiple machines (WinXP SP2) without a cause; that we can figure out.
BTW; I work at IBM here in Toronto for their client BNSF.
This should be interesting to see how Apple rolls with this announcement.

That'll be great. It's not been improved much since its introduction.
For example, it has no bicycle route.
I think google has a lock on the map thing. I can't see apple employees driving around remapping the world to get their own data base

I'm using OS X 10.4.11 Tiger so this may be different on a newer version of OS X. Do you mean Personal Web Sharing? If so, anything you want to share will need to be in the Sites folder of your User folder. There should be a sample html file and some image files in there already to get you started.

This is a microsoft question I'd suggest using there forums for a faster response. Have you tried holding the "fn" key when clicking delete? That's what I always do and it lines it up for me.

I have a yellow iskin revo it has been used but is in good condition. The plastic is scratched I should say the rubber is good. The plastic is use able. I can get pics if you would be interested.

Really nice that a big community like this aid to the cause... My grandpa died a few years ago but he had internal bleedings (stomach) for 9 years, blood was always ready for him... as our blood (mine and 3 brothers, plus little less that a hundred of cousins) ready for the ones in need. I donate 3 times a year... 1 month before the donation I stop smoking and drinking in memory of my beloved old man. Thanks to all of the people willing to donate in name of the ones in need, thanks.

People have already been commenting on future generations/revisions of the shuffle.
This is how I see the shuffle's roadmap:
Currently, it is at 1GB.
I think the next revision will bump it to 2GB at the same price point. That's what happened with the nano AND shuffle a year later. (although the shuffle did increase by $10, maybe due to the dock/form factor difference?)
My opinion is that they can not have two shuffles at 1GB and 2GB because of the price right now, and the intrusion into the nano market. Right now, prove me if I'm wrong, 2GB flash memory costs anywhere from $50-$100?
I also see Apple chopping off the part on the left that does not have controls. They will move the headphone jack over as well as the controls so that it fits in a 1"x1" section. That will probably be 3rd Gen, maybe at 4GB.
I think by the time 4GB becomes cheap/small enough to fit in an under $99 price point, they will be able to chop off that left side.
SO in my own opinion:

becomes
2GB at $79 (sept '07 iPod Special Event)

4GB at $69 (sept '08 iPod Special Event) w/ left side chopped off. The reduction in price is just due to less material costs because of smaller size and advancements in manufacturing/technology.

If the company should not be allowed to do that for the sake of consumer protection, then there should be laws to prohibit such practice. If you personally do not agree with the conditions of the subscription, then you are always free to decide not to subscribe. If it turns out that their decision keeps customers from subscribing, then they might choose to reconsider.
