Elle Fanning Named Spokesmodel for Marc by Marc Jacobs

Elle Fanning has landed a major fashion label deal as the new face of Marc by Marc Jacobs.

The 13-year-old actress features in a campaign lensed by Juergen Teller for the label's Fall 2011 collection.

It shows Elle as a young pale girl in retro makeover posing next to a desolate Grey wall and tree trunk, wearing a below knee length red dress and lace up red booties with tall socks; her blond wind blown hair draping her shoulders.

Elle's 17-year-old sister Dakota Fanning has been modeling for the label since she was 13; she first appeared in the spring/summer 2007 campaign.

Currently Dakota is the face of Marc Jacobs' newly launched fragrance, Oh Lola.

British actress Helena Bonham Carter fronts the main Marc Jacobs womenswear collection.

Elle recently wore Marc by Marc Jacobs to the 2011 Women in Film Crystal and Lucy Awards as well as to the 2011 Young Hollywood Awards.

Elle, who started working in films at age 4, has 21 films to her credit including two currently under production - Twixt Now and Sunrise and We Bought a Zoo.

Another young star was recently named face of a major fashion house; 14-year-old Hailee Steinfeld for Miu Miu.
