Kalki Koechlin looked elegant in white tie front pants and floral print cami top at a press event to flag off a road trip from Mumbai to Delhi by Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara headlining stars to plug their film.
She joined her co-stars Hrithik Roshan, Farhan Akhtar, Katrina Kaif and Abhay Deol; and film director Zoya Akhtar at the flag off but passed on the trip as she was unwell.
The newly married 28-year-old, Kalki, accented her summer look with an orange tote and orange thong flats.
Her light brown razor cut hair was styled for volume with blunt bangs grazing her forehead.
She wore fresh face makeup with orange lipstick.
The idea for the road trip is inspired by the plot of the film in which Kalki plays Natasha, who is set to marry Kabir (Abhay Deol).
Kabir wants to go on an extended bachelor party to Spain. He ventures out on a week long road trip through Spain with Imraan (Farhan) and Arjun (Hrithik) - his two best friends since school.
Kalki's co-stars Katrina, Hrithik and Abhay admire the chilled out attitude of Kalki.
In a recent interview Katrina said that her role in the film is of a chilled out girl who Kalki is in real life.
Similarly, Hrithik told Zoom TV that he is a huge fan of Kalki and she became one of the boys on the film's set which made it very easy to hang out with her.
Kalki married filmmaker Anurag Kashyap on April 30 after dating him for two years.
She is currently filming Dibakar Banerjee's political thriller Shanghai with co-star Abhay Deol.
Abhay and Kalki earlier worked together in Dev D (2009).
Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara is due for release on July 15.
