Paris Hilton Stalker Arrested Outside Heiress’ Home

The Los Angeles man arrested after attacking Paris Hilton’s then-beau outside a California courthouse earlier this year has been nabbed by cops again; this time on suspicion of violating a restraining order that bars him from coming within 200 yards of the heiress or her Hollywood home.

James Rainford was collared this week after one of Hilton’s employees called the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department complaining about a man on a beach looking into her Malibu home. Deputies who responded were met by numerous paparazzi who pointed out Rainford standing on the beach. Rainford, who says he is in love with P.H. (concise proof that the poor dear needs to have his head examined…), was arrested without incident and is being held on $20,000 bail.

Rainford pleaded no contest to a battery charge in April after Cy Waits — the Las Vegas club promoter formerly romantically-linked to Hilton — was attacked as he accompanied Paris to court, where she had been called to testify against convicted burglar Nathan Lee Parada. Incidentially, Rainford’s arrest comes less than a week after Parada was sentenced to two years in prison for trying to rob Paris’ home in Aug. 2010.

Meanwhile, Hilton doesn’t seem to have a hangover from her split from Waits; She’s already being linked to Hangover director Todd Phillips.
