Lindsay Lohan could face another legal rap after cops requested a LA court for a warrant to search her Venice Beach home for stolen jewelry.
According to RadarOnline.com, the cops told the judge that they have a video showing Lindsay, 24, wearing the stolen high end jewelry that includes a necklace.
A law enforcement source told Radar, "A search warrant was requested Tuesday at the Airport Court to search Lindsay's house for the item of jewelry in question.
"Lindsay has been photographed and there is video of her wearing the jewelry she is accused of stealing."
It is not known if the judge signed the search warrant.
Over the past six months, Lindsay has been in and out of jail on two occasions and rehab also on two occasions for violating the terms of her probation in a 2007 DUI case. She regained her freedom on January 3 after completing three months of court mandated rehab at the Betty Ford clinic.
While at the clinic, Lindsay got into a spat with an employee on December 12 and could face criminal charges for the incident.
Lindsay is scheduled to appear in court on February 25 for a review hearing in her 2007 DUI probation violation case.
