Kim Kardashian Copes With Psoriasis and the Pressure to Look Perfect

Kim Karadashian has Psoriasis, a diagnosis she, understandably, isn't happy about, since her career involves "doing ad campaigns and swimsuit photo shoots."

Kim was seen visiting her dermatologist with itchy red patches that her sister Khloe thought were caused by ringworms duing Sunday night's episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

Her doctor's Psoriasis diagnosis sure proved Khole wrong, but brought no cheer to Kim.

While Kim didn't know what a ringworm infection is, she did know what Psoraisis is; her mother Kris Jenner has the incurable but treatable condition.

Kim's condition is more severe.

"My mom didn't have red flaky dots all over her," she says.

And her disappointment large.

"My career is doing ad campaigns and swimsuit photo shoots. People don't understand the pressure on me to look perfect," she says.

"When I gain a pound, it's in the headlines," he adds. "Imagine what the tabloids would do to me if they saw all these spots!"

Prince Charles Comes Down With Case Of Green-Eyed Monster

Take cover! Prince Charles is threatening to throw his royal rattle out of the bassinet. His nose is all out of joint that his son Prince William and new daughter-in-law Kate are youthful and gorgeous while he and wife Camilla Parker-Bowles are more leathery and unattractive.

Tough break…

“He does not have the X-factor,” as one royal biographer puts it.

Ken Wharfe, Diana’s former bodyguard, is far less tactful.

“To put it bluntly, Kate is beautiful and young and they aren’t. The Queen is 85. Camilla looks older than that, and Prince Charles isn’t popular. Instead of getting angry, they should be embracing Kate as an ambassador.”

Since William and Kate wed in April, Charles has fretted that “people would be less interested in what he has to say on issues such as the environment and architecture if, on the same day, Kate is wearing a new dress.”

Your Royal Highness, would it make you feel better if we told you we’ve never been interested in what you’ve had to say?

Jesse James and Kat Von D Break Up

Jesse James says he and heavily-tatted reality star Kat Von D have called off their engagement and gone their separate ways.

”I’m so sad because I really love her. The distance between us was just too much,” James told People.

By “distance” he means between his home in Austin, Texas and hers in Los Angeles, but come on — traveling is easy when you have the kind of jack they do. And much as Texas likes to think it’s another country, it’s actually not. You don’t need a passport to get in or anything (just maybe proof of citizenship if you look vaguely ethnic and some asshole wants to harass you about taking away a job he’d never do anyway). So I call shenanigans.

Since at least one half of this particular celebrity couple is rather, shall we say, “fidelity-challenged,” it likely won’t be long before some skank is on the cover of the Enquirer saying she banged Jesse while he wore a Gestapo uniform and had phone sex with Kat and then he’ll go on Howard Stern to talk about it because discretion is for chumps, yo.

Distance? Whatever. With Jesse’s track record, “douchebaggery” is probably more like it.

Arnold Schwarzenegger Files Fresh Divorce Response

Arnold Schwarzenegger filed a fresh response to Maria Shriver's divorce petition on Monday, July 25, conceding spousal support and legal fees for his separated wife.

He also tweeted support for his and Maria's son, Christopher, who is currently recovering from injuries sustained in a boogie boarding accident.

"Thanks for all your support for Christopher. It means a lot to me & to him," Arnold wrote.

"He's doing much better & we'll have him back at full speed soon."

The former two term California governor took to his Twitter account after more than a month to express his support.

Arnold's initial response to Maria's divorce petition, filed last week while Christopher was in ICU, had sought to deny Maria spousal support and legal fees.

The response triggered a conflict in the divorce proceedings that had so far been amicable. Maria was hurt by Arnold's insensitivity, since it was his infidelity that forced her to seek a divorce.

Arnold now tells TMZ that he signed the initial set of documents, without carefully perusing them, as he was preoccupied with Christopher's medical emergency; he relied on his lawyer to do the right thing.
